Welcome to COKDO.COM ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with our website, POS billing tools, GST calculators, EMI calculators, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by COKDO.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, merchants, shopkeepers, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service strictly for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all local, state, and national laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using our Service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal invoices intended for tax evasion, money laundering, or misleading consumers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our platform.
• Automated use of our Service via bots, scrapers, or scripts.

2. Client-Side Data Storage & Risk of Loss

Unlike traditional cloud-based software, COKDO is engineered to prioritize your speed and privacy. We do not possess databases or servers that store your business data, product entries, or generated invoices.

• All data entered by you is stored locally on your specific device's browser using localStorage technology.
• Warning: If you clear your browser's cache, delete browsing history, or use "Incognito/Private Browsing" modes, all your saved shop details and bill counter numbers will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• COKDO assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss of business data. Users are solely responsible for downloading, printing, and safely backing up their generated PDF invoices for their own record-keeping and tax filing purposes.

3. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

The GST Calculator, EMI/Loan Calculator, and Invoice formatting provided within the Service are utility tools meant for rapid estimation and drafting convenience only.

• We do not guarantee absolute mathematical or legal accuracy. Formulas used are standard estimations and may not reflect specific banking fees, changing tax slabs, or complex legal scenarios.
• The Service does not constitute professional accounting, financial, or legal advice.
• You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations, tax amounts, and legal compliance with a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or financial advisor before submitting any generated documents to government authorities or customers.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To maintain our Service as free-to-use, we rely on third-party integrations and advertising networks. By using the Service, you consent to the following:

• Google AdSense: We utilize Google AdSense to serve advertisements on our platform. Google and its third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.
• WhatsApp Integration: Our platform provides a shortcut to share text strings via WhatsApp. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms. We do not have access to your WhatsApp account, contacts, or messages.
• External Links: Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by COKDO. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Watermark

The Service and its original content, features, layout, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of COKDO.COM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• The generated PDF invoices contain a hardcoded, unremovable "COKDO" watermark and footer attribution.
• You agree not to tamper with, alter, remove, or obscure this watermark using external PDF editing tools. This attribution is a mandatory condition of using our free Service.

6. Protection of Minors (Child Privacy Policy)

Our Service is a B2B (Business-to-Business) tool intended solely for use by business owners, merchants, and working professionals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction).

• We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain any information from anyone under the age of 13.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. COKDO does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your specific business requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall COKDO, its developers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COKDO and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the generation of illegal or fraudulent invoices.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

11. Severability & Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
