Using COKDO.COM is incredibly simple. Follow this step-by-step tutorial to set up your store, create a bill online, and share the invoice format in PDF or via WhatsApp.
Click on the "Shop Settings ⚙️" tab at the top. Enter your Store Name, Mobile Number, UPI ID (for receiving payments), and your Full Address. You can also define your store's return policy. Click "Save Shop Details". This one-time setup ensures your brand name appears on every invoice.
Go to the "Terminal" tab. Enter the customer's name and WhatsApp number. Then, directly type the Item Name, Price (₹), and Quantity. Click the "+ Add Item to Bill" button. You can add as many items as you want. The system will automatically calculate the Grand Total.
Once all items are added, click the green "⚡ Review Bill & Generate QR" button at the bottom of your cart. A professional white-paper style invoice preview will appear on your screen, complete with an auto-generated Payment QR Code linked to your UPI ID.
